Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Type 2 diabetes patients who meet the WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria; (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) Patients who use oral drugs or insulin hypoglycemic; (4) Informed consent and can cooperate with the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) other types of diabetes; (2) Acute complications of diabetes: such as hyperosmolar coma, diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, etc.; (3) Pain is caused by other causes such as lumbar disc herniation and peripheral vascular disease; (4) peripheral neuropathy caused by other causes; (5) central nervous system damage; (6) parathyroid dysfunction; (7) Those with malignant or infectious diseases; (8) Severe heart, brain, kidney and other diseases; (9) Unwilling to cooperate with researchers;
