Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient with congenital heart disease planning to be treated by surgery in Fuwai Hospital; 2. The age of patient <=5yrs on the surgical day; 3. The patients guardian agree with the research and sigh on the informed consent; 4. The patients BMI is in the normal range; 5. The diseases involved in the research including ventricular sepal defect ,arterial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients age more than 5 yrs on the surgical day; 2. The patients guardian disagree with the research; 3. The patients BMI is out of the normal range; 4. The patient complicated other cardiac or/and vascular malformations; 5. The patient complicated other infections or the gastrointestinal system diseases.
