Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as HCC according to "American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases guideline"and "EASL - Clinical Practice Guidelines"; 2. New found primary hepatic carcinoma patients without any treatment; 3. Solitary or multinodular; 4. The diameter of tumor is less than 8cm. 5.No serious hemorrhagic tendency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The occupation on liver is not HCC according to "AASLD guidelines" and "EASL - Clinical Practice Guidelines"; 2. Underwent any treatments after diagnosed as HCC; 3. The diameter is larger than 8cm; 4. Serious hemorrhagic tendency.
