Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 40-75 years, and simple intelligence scale score (MMSE) > 24 points, ASA I-II, patient will be undergoing elective general anesthesia on the downward abdominal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: CT examination eliminate organic brain damage, such as epilepsy, anxiety and depression, psychological system disease or severe body disease, always with encephalopathy, drug dependence, substance abuse, and/or use nearly three months anticonvulsants, sedatives and antidepressants, seeing and hearing disorders, has the long-term insomnia, for other reasons can't visit patients to communicate, to predict possible or happened difficult airway patients
