Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients were diagnosed with congenital diaphragmatic hernia before birth. (2) The patients were treated with patch repair surgery within 2 weeks after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart disease; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease; 3. Congenital malformations of the throat or associated with serious underlying diseases, such as immunodeficiency, malnutrition, moderate anemia, congenital laryngeal dysplasia and other diseases affecting lung function, etc.
