Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis and grading of acne patients According to the Pillsbury classification method, patients with moderate to severe acne located on the face; (2) Unsuitable for medical treatment for various reasons and voluntarily participate and sign informed consent when other alternatives have been notified. And willing to pay for the treatment, and agreed to take pictures of the skin lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have been treated with ALA-PDT within 12 weeks and who have applied any other impact study; (2) There are other diseases that may affect the evaluation of the face, such as other photodermatosis; (3) Used phototoxic or photosensitive drugs in past 8 weeks; (4) Clinical and/or pathological evidence that the tumor has invaded other organs or tissues; (5) those with severe immune dysfunction; (6) those with scars; (7) known patients Skin photoallergic, porphyria or allergic to ALA, light or lidocaine; (8) severe medical, mental and psychiatric disorders, infectious diseases or pregnant, lactating women.
