Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male and female aged =18 years; (2) only using clopidogrel for more than 3 days; (3) Chinese Han population; (4) The patients or their families agree to voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency; (2) patients with severe digestive ulcer; (3) patients with malignant tumors; (4) patients with allergy or intolerance to clopidogrel; (5)patients received anticoagulant antiplatelet or thrombolytic therapy in one months; (6) poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the treatment; (7) patients with severe abnormal platelet function.
