Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The PICC is performed by specialist nurse in designated hospital, patients with good compliance in these hospitals or outpatient clinic; (2) Aged = 18 years; (3) the patient has certain reading ability or verbal expression ability, volunteered to take part in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patient with severe organ failure; (2) patient with mental disorder; (3) Patient who are difficult to be followed up; (4) patient who is allergic to disinfectant; (5) the patient refused to the study.
