Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with colorectal cancer who have definite pathological diagnosis and ready to receive chemotherapy with regimen mFOLFOX6 or FOLFIRI; 2) KPS score greater than or equal to 70; 3) aged between 18 and 80 years; 4) good compliance, willing to cooperate with observation and treatment, and sign informed consent; 5) there was no gastrointestinal reaction including nausea and vomiting 24 hours before chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases; 2) there are uncontrollable infections or metabolic diseases; 3) gastrointestinal symptoms caused by non-chemotherapy factors such as intestinal obstruction; 4) characteristic population (severe mental illness or advanced disease during lactation of pregnant women); 5) known allergic to traditional Chinese medicine.
