40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First stroke as confirmed with brain MRI, which was stable in one year with hemiplegia and cognitive impairment; (2) Aged 40 to 80 years old; (3) Signed informed consent and cooperation with treatment; (4) Right handed; (5) The degree of cultural education above primary school level; (6) except upper limb dysfunction caused by skeletal muscle lesions; (7) Brunnstrom stage I-III of the upper extremity; (8) MoCA scores of 15 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe hypertension or cardiopulmonary disease; (2) Severe joint pain; (3) Patients with severe impairment of sight, hearing and comprehension; (4) Deformity of upper extremity and hand; (5) People with diagnosed mental disorders.
