18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 year old; 2. Life-threatening hemoptysis, >500ml in 24 hours or >100ml at one time; 3. Pre-embolization CT images; 4. Expected survival time longer than 6 months; 5. Blood platelet count(PLT) =50×10^9/L, prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thrombin time (APTT) are normal,perum creatinine is less than 1.5 times the normal upper limitation; 6. Informed consent is obtained from each patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor; 2. Active tuberculosis; 3. Lung damage; 4. Coagulation dysfunction resulted from blood system diseases or liver or kidney diseases; 5. Pulmonary artery induced hemoptysis; 6. Subjects who receive bronchial artery embolization in other hospital; 7. Subjects who receive other clinical studies; 8. Contrast hypersensitivity; 9. Serious infection; 10. Pregnant or lactating patient; 11. Subjects with noncompliance.
