Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed to the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis: According to the guiding principles of Clinical Research on New drugs of TCM and the expert consensus of Chinese Osteoporosis Diagnostic Standard (third draft 2014 Edition). M-2SD is Osteoporosis ,T = -2.0 is Osteoporosis; 2. Main clinical symptoms: low back pain, back pain; 3. Participants aged 50 to 75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Participants with hemiplegia, handicap of activity and long stay in bed; 3. Secondary osteoporosis; 4. Having serious other chronic, consumptive diseases; 5. The participant can not persist in acupuncture for 3 months; 6. The participant who is allergic to the study drugs.
