Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 patients undergoing Oral and maxillofacial surgery, the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to II, aged 20 ~ 60 years old, 45 ~ 80 kg weight.,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with smoking, sore throat, upper respiratory infections, asthma and lung diseases, allergies to lidocaine, and poor intubation were excluded.
