18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy; 2. Gestational age =12 weeks; 3. Aged between 18 and 45 years; 4. Hemoglobin =110g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of iron supplements in the past three months; 2. Mental and communication disorders; 3. History of iron supplements allergy; 4. History of anemia; 5. With complications of pregnancy, such as pregnancy hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus and thyropathy; 6. Severe diseases of important organs; 7. Vegetarian.
