Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The first onset of stroke; (2) Meet Diagnose Standard of the Fourth National Academic Conference for Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; (3) Confirmed by CT or MRI; (4) Duration of onset were 2 weeks to 1 year, with upper limbs dysfunction, Fugl-Meyer scores of the upper limb and hand 10 to 50; (5) Aged 18 to 70 years male and female; (6) Brunnstrom of upper limb>stage III; (7) MMSE=20; (8) The patient himself signs an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Major organ failure, uncontrollable hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, Poor control of diabetes mellitus; (2) History of cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric illness, substance abuse and alcoholism; (3) Cannot complete the basic course of treatment, bad compliance, patients difficult to follow up; (4) Severe pain in the upper limbs; (5) Pregnant female or recent participants in other clinical trials.
