Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old 2. Hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus confirmed by pathology/cytology or clinical diagnosis; 3. Involved in grade? portal vein and/or main portal vein, but at least one grade I portal vein branch was not completely occluded; 4. Liver function Child-Pugh Class A or Class B; 5. No extensive liver metastasis; 6. No bleeding tendency, coagulation function was almost normal (coagulation time=17.0s); 7. ECOG score 0-1; 8. Willing to complete clinical studies and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Portal thrombosis; 2. The stent delivery device cannot pass through the obstruction section; 3. ECOG score=2; 4. History of portal vein stent implantation; 5. Has contraindications for percutaneous liver puncture; 6. Combining other serious diseases, unable to complete treatment; 7. The subject was unable to cooperate with surgery or did not sign preoperative consent.
