18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged = 18 years; 2. patient diagnosed with gastric cancer by histology or cytology; 3. Patients who have undergone chemoradiotherapy or targeted therapy and are resistant to apatinib 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1; 5. adequate liver and renal function at the start of the trial; 6. Each centres institutional review board or independent ethics committee approved the protocol; 7. The trial followed the guiding principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and good clinical practice, and complied with all local laws and regulations. Participants provided written informed consent before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose pathological type or tumor grade is not clear; 2. There are other malignant tumors at the same time; 3. At the same time, suffering from other serious diseases that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; 4. There are social/psychological problems, etc., and the researcher judges that it is not suitable for participation in the study; 5. Cannot receive enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or enhanced computed tomography (CT) for clinical follow-up.
