Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria will include: Myasthenia Gravis Foundation Of America (MGFA) MG rating between class I and IV (class V indicating a crisis requiring intubation) while on optimized anticholinesterase therapy. Those who both do and do not undergo thymectomy, take oral prednisone, receive immunosuppressive therapy, or test positive for serum AChR antibodies will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will include: thymoma on computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging of the chest, pregnancy or lactation, contraindications for the use of corticosteroids, prednisone, or immunosuppressants, another previous or concurrent signi?cant disease (e.g., malignant tumor, serious cardiovascular disease, or lung disease).
