Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: scheduled for elective laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surge under general anesthesia ASA physical status I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: combined severe cardiac comorbidities, liver, renal insufficiency or another disorder that might have compromised the safety of the trial procedure; patients with severe pulmonary disease include restrictive pulmonary disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD, GOLD grades III or IV) requiring oxygen, pulmonary infection,bronchiectasis, asthma,etc; received mechanical ventilation during the previous 15 days(including CPAP); had thoracic deformity and intrathoracic diseases (such as mediastinal tumor, chest tumor, etc); severe neuromuscular disease; needed to be transferred to the ICU after surgery, individuals unwilling or unable to give informed consent, or were participating in another interventional study
