Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the clinical diagnostic criteria of International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group: An urge to move the legs, usually accompanied or caused by uncomfortable and unpleasant sensations in the legs. Sometimes the urge to move is present without the uncomfortable sensations, and sometimes the arms or other body parts are involved in addition to the legs; The urge to move or unpleasant sensations begin or worsen during periods of rest or inactivity such as lying or sitting; The urge to move or unpleasant sensations are partially or totally relieved by movement, such as walking or stretching, at least as long as the activity continues; The urge to move or unpleasant sensations are worse in the evening or night than during the day, or only occur in the evening or night. When symptoms are severe, the worsening at night may not be noticeable but must have been previously present; Symptoms are not solely accounted for by another medical or behavioral condition, such as leg cramps or habitual foot tapping; 2. Patients haven't take anti-RLS drugs for at least 4 weeks, including dopamine drugs,antiepileptic drugs,anti-anxiety/depression drugs, sedative, hypnotic drugs and other drugs which may cause cortical excitability changes.Doctors tell patients to continue to ban such drugs during treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) All kinds of secondary RLS (including vitamin deficiency, iron deficiency anemia, pregnancy, diabetes, serious metabolic diseases, severe liver and kidney function injury and uremia, etc.); (2) Peripheral neuropathy and nerve root disease, neuropathic pain syndrome, epilepsy; (3) The installation of metal implants such as pacemakers, coronary stents and aneurysm clips, and the installation of ferromagnetic materials such as artificial cochlear implants; (4) Patients suffering from serious diseases of other systems; (5) long-term habits of drinking alcohol, coffee or tea and smoking.
