Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Family: (1) Children and at least two adult family members eat homemade meals at least four days a week; (2) One of the adults in the family has a mobile device with access to Internet; (3) Participants have been local residents for over 6 months, without moving plan within 12 months. For participant: (1) Eat homemade meals at least four days a week; (2) If more than 2 adults in one family agree to take part in the study, we will select two in the order of parents, grandparents, uncles and aunties; (3) The adult family members must be 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who cannot or refuse to collect 24-hour urine, will be excluded.
