Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of American psychiatric diagnosis and Statistics (DSM-IV), a diagnostic standard for depressive disorder (MINI), the first or recurrence of the diagnostic criteria (MINI), without psychotic symptoms; 2. Aged 18-70 years old, to be able to understand the scales and test contents; 3. Agree to participate in this project and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluding other mental illness diagnoses in the American version of mental illness diagnostic and Statistical Manual IV Version (DSM-IV); 2. Having a history of manic episodes in the past; 3. Past history of drug and psychiatric abuse; 4. Women in pregnancy or lactation; 5. Those who suffer from serious physical diseases are not suitable for participating in this subject.
