Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males aged 50-90 years or non-pregnant or lactating women; 2. Basically health; 3. Volunteers agree to participate in the trial. And signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disability, apparently in non-health or disease state; 2. More severe heart, liver, kidney, lung insufficiency, total bilirubin > 3 times normal value, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) > 3 times normal value; 3. History of severe allergic reaction; 4. Nervous system disease or poor mental condition (including epilepsy, depression, other history of mental illness, etc.); 5. Known or confirmed serum HIV positive, syphilis antibody positive, Hepatitis B, hepatitis C or other serious infectious disease volunteers; 6. People with cognitive dysfunction, or unable to understand and sign informed consent; 7. Coagulone dysfunction and volunteers who are about to use or are using anticoagulant drugs; 8. Volunteers who experienced other operations, bruises, trauma (including fractures) within the past month or during the trial; 9. This test/physical examination will change the application of antiplatelet drugs and doses; 10. With malignant tumors or infectious disease.
