Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who were diagnosed as potential malignant disorders of the oral mucosa were confirmed by the participants 'hospital both by clinical and pathological review; 2. The time of potential malignant disorders of oral mucosa is not less than 5 years after the last review time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients were merged with squamous cell carcinoma at the initial diagnosis; 2. due to ulcer or trauma and other factors caused by mucosal reactivity of abnormal hyperplasia; 3. patients without regular follow-up or incomplete information.
