18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria; 2. aged 20-50 years old; 3. having not received regular medication; 4. PSQI score > 7 points; 5. right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. sleep disorders caused by other mental, organic diseases, chronic pain, etc.; 2. any other sleep disorders displayed by PSG, such as sleep apnea syndrome; 3. history of cerebrovascular disease; 4. alcohol or drug addiction; 5. brain lesions head MR Shows; 6. installation of a contraceptive ring, implantation of a metal stent in a coronary artery, metal artificial joints and other metal internal fixation, metal allergy or severe fear of the needle; 7. people with claustrophobia; 8.people participating in other subjects tests.
