1 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Any age, gender and tumor stage; 2. confirmed by the department of pathology of our center as the primary treatment and no metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 3. patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction are excluded; 4. the treatment methods include simple radiotherapy, synchronous chemo-radiotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy plus synchronous chemo-radiotherapy, and targeted therapy for the above treatment, and the whole treatment is completed; 5. high quality abdominal CT images can be used for skeletal muscle analysis; 6. the motor function of lower limbs has no obstacle to daily activities; 7. no neurological diseases, mental disorders, normal communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. patient with unclear tumor stages (such as liver, lung, bone and other suspected metastases to be determined); 3. incomplete chemoradiotherapy; 4. severely impaired heart, liver and kidney function; 5. no abdominal CT examination was performed before or after treatment.
