A:Glucophage (Bristol-Myers Squibb) 0.85g Po, bid for 12 weeks
B:Liraglutide(Novo Nordisk) 0.6 mg injected s.c. qm for 1 week, and increased to 1.2 mg qd for 11 weeks
C:Glucophage (Bristol-Myers Squibb) 0.85g Po, bid for 12 weeks and Liraglutide(Novo Nordisk) 0.6 mg injected s.c. qm for 1 week, and increased to 1.2 mg qd for 11 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Rotterdam Criteria (2003): (1) oligoovulation and/or anovulation; (2) excess androgen activity; (3) polycystic ovaries (gynecologic ultrasound show the number of follicles which have diameters in 2-9mm in one or both ovaries more than 12) PCOS can be diagnosed if any 2 out of 3 criteria are met; 2. more than 18 years old; 3. women in childbearing age; 4. BMI>24kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to glucophage and liraglutide; 2. Type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Significant cardiovascular, kidney, or liver disease; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Take any antidiabetic, antihypertensives, lipid-lowering drugs or hormone medicine recently; 6. Congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, Tumors that secretes androgen.
