Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of colorectal cancer, 18-59 years old; 2. Preoperative staging I~II, laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 3. Signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients; 2. Neuromuscular conduction dysfunction; 3. Allergic to rocuronium bromide; 4. Long-term use of analgesics.
