18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged = 18 years; 2. patient diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma by histology or cytology; 3. Gefitinib, erlotinib afatinib or AZD9291 for patients who had EGFR mutation tumours; 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1; 5. life expectancy of at least 3 months; 6. adequate liver and renal function at the start of the trial; 7. Each centres institutional review board or independent ethics committee approved the protocol; 8. The trial followed the guiding principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and good clinical practice, and complied with all local laws and regulations. Participants provided written informed consent before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose pathological type or tumor grade is not clear; 2. There are other malignant tumors at the same time; 3. At the same time, suffering from other serious diseases that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; 4. There are social/psychological problems, etc., and the researcher judges that it is not suitable for participation in the study; 5. Cannot receive enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or enhanced computed tomography (CT) for clinical follow-up.
