Group A:Cyclosporine A eye drops 3 days before and 3months after glaucoma surgery
Group 2:Subconjunctiva injection of conbercept during glaucoma surgery

18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary open angle glaucoma and primary angle closure glaucoma patients; 2. Age older than 18 years; 3. IOP higher than 21 mmHg, medically uncontrolled and surgery needed; 4. Glaucomatous optic nerve damage: larger cup to disc ratio,narrower rim and thinner retinal nerve fiber layer; 5. Damaged visual field; 6. Consented to attend the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of ocular surgery or trauma; 2. Other ocular diseases such as uveitis or infection; 3. Obvious eye irritation synptoms; 4. Fundus changes secondary to diabetes of hypertension; 5. System medications which might damage optic nerve; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
