Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We recruited patients, who were diagnosed with diabetes on the basis of WHO diagnostic criteria, aged >18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of gastrointestinal disease and been treated with antibiotics or laxatives in the 3 months before the recruitment.
