Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for high risk population in preeclampsia According to the epidemiological survey, the high risk factors of preeclampsia were: pregnant women over 40 years of age; preeclampsia history; antiphospholipid antibody test results positive; chronic nephritis, primary hypertension or diabetes; body mass index, BMI) in preeclampsia; family history of preeclampsia (mother's family history) This is a multiple pregnancy. The first pregnancy or interval between pregnancies is more than 10 years, the systolic blood pressure in early pregnancy is more than 130mmHg or the diastolic blood pressure is more than 80 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following conditions should be excluded in high-risk groups: chronic history (excluding hypertension, kidney disease, chronic diabetes without hypertension and kidney disease); multiple pregnancies; childbirth in other hospitals; severe fetal malformation; anticoagulant therapy during pregnancy; he has participated in his study on preeclampsia. The following cases disable Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets: allergy to aspirin or other salicylate, or any other component of the drug; the history of salicylate or salicylic acid or NSAIDs; active peptic ulcers; hemorrhagic physique; severe renal failure; severe liver failure; severe liver failure; severe liver failure; severe liver failure; severe liver failure; severe liver failure; Severe heart failure; combined with methotrexate (dose 15mg/ weeks or more).
