Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 66 patients for selective operation under general anesthesia; Aged 20-65 years, ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetes mellitus, upper respiratory tract infection, alimentary tract diease such as hiatal hernia, tracheo-esophageal fistula, gastritis.
