Group 1:pleural cavity injected with 0.75% ropivacaine 20ml
Group 2:pleural cavity injected with 0.75% ropivacaine 15ml
Group 3:pleural cavity injected with 0.75% ropivacaine 10ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects aged 18 years or older, ASA I to III, and scheduled for thoracoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of amide local anesthetic allergies, thoracic surgery history or chest infection,chronic pain, Severe central neurologic diseases,patients with liver and renal insufficiency,history of alcohol and opioid dependence, the recent use of opioid drugs or drugs interaction with ropivacaine, inability to carry out NRS test.
