Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rhinitis patient: diagnosis refer to ARIA 2010; 2. Asthma patient: diagnosis refer to GINA; 3. Rhinitis and asthma patient: diagnosis see above; 4. Normal people: No symptoms of allergic diseases; 5. Aged 5-60 years old male and female; 6. Understand the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Woman in pregnancy or baby nursing period; 2. Subjects have been treated with allergen extracts; 3. Subjects treated with terfenadine, loratadine, fexofenadine, ebastine, cetirizine etc. within last week, and treated with astemizole within 3 months; 4. Subjects treated with nasmil, nedocromil or leukotriene receptor antagonist within 2 weeks; 5. Subjects received surgical operations within 4 weeks; 6. Subjects treated with systemic corticosteroids (oral or intravenous injection) within 4 weeks; 7. Subjects have or had alcohol and drug dependency or within 3 years; 8. Active, acute or chronic diseases of the nose or lungs except AA and AR; 9. Subjects visited emergency or hospitalized due to asthma within 1 month; 10. Subjects are lack of cooperation and cannot complete the questionnaires.
