18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years male and female, estimated survival time=2 mouths; 2. confirmed advanced NSCLC with brain metastases by pathologically; 3. MRI indicated that the measurable brain metastasis lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood or CFS is not available; 2. Pregnant or lactating female patient; 3. have ever used AZD-9291 (TAGRISSO).
