Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Taking the community center as the unit object, i.e. 1 community center as the training object, 1) include the community health service center belonging to the training base of general practitioners of xinhua hospital affiliated to zhejiang university of traditional Chinese medicine; 2) according to the principle of feasibility and effectiveness of training, it is included into the community health service center within hangzhou gongshu district; 3) the total number of community health workers is 50 or more; 4) informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: According to the individual exclusion criteria, that is, the medical personnel in the community center are excluded. 1) less than 1 year of clinical work after graduation; 2) not participating in the course for 3 times or more; 3) it does not include practicing assistant physicians and practicing assistant pharmacists.
