Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who completed tiotropium bromide (Spiriva) treatmen and have the willingness to follow up regularly in our research centre.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with major diseases except COPD, or patients who cannot follow regularly with their own factors. The definition of major diseases is: according to the judgment of the researcher, because participating in the test can make the patient in danger, or affect the result of the test or the patient's ability to participate in the test of a certain disease or condition.
