18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Pathologically documented NSCLC, oligometastasis (at least one measurable lesion (=1cm) according to RECIST1.1 criterion ,less than four metastasis lesions, can be 2-3 organs) confirmed by CT and/or MRI; 3. Targeting therapy such as EGFR TKI/crizotinib/osetinib or combined /maintenance chemotherapy may be accepted prior to metastasis; 4. At least 3-month life expectancy; 5. KPS = 70; (RPA)=2; No risk of cerebral palsy formation; 6. Adequate organ function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous radiotherapy; 2. Cerebrospinal metastasis; 3. Untreated active interstitial lung disease, drug-related interstitial lung disease; 4. KPS < 70; (RPA)=3; Risk of cerebral palsy formation.
