20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. unilateral cortical or subcortical lesions; 3. independent walking, the lower limb Brunnstrom stage = 4, and right handedness confirmed by the Edinburgh Inventory; 4. modified Ashworth score = 2 points; 5. no serious cognitive dysfunction and MMSE score in line with the normal population score; 6. with the ability to finish three-dimensional gait analysis; 7. voluntary signing up informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. congestive heart failure; lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; malignant progressive hypertension; respiratory failure; active liver disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. the content of the experiment has been started for more than 1 week before the study; 3. patients with lower limb fractures; 4. history of severe mental illness or schizophrenia; 5. unable to follow up; 6. history of serious unilateral spatial neglection.
