Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Umbilical cord blood was from healthy females age from 22 to 50, full-term pregnancy and spontaneous delivery. 2. Skin samples were normal tissues or foreskins removed after surgery from healthy controls age from 18 to 70. All were volunteered for this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases that intefere with this study; 2. Lactating females; 3. Any other situations not suitable for this study determined by the investigators.
