Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for upper digestive tract ESD or POEM surgery; 2. Aged 18-75 years old, male or female; 3. The ASA grade 1 to grade 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take 1 acid suppressant a week before surgery; 2. Known gastrointestinal diseases, such as peptic ulcer disease, which may affect the assessment of upper abdominal pain; 3. continuous use of analgesics before surger; 4. history of upper digestive tract operation; 5. Multiple lesions are required; 6. Perforation during ESD; 7. severe cardiovascular disease. Kidney, liver, nerve, or mental illness.
