Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periprosthetic fungal infection admitted to Shanghai sixth peoples hospital from October 2003 to July 2018; 2. the criterion of periprosthetic joint infection: (1) Sinus tract communicating with the joint; or (2) Two positive periprosthetic cultures with phenotypically identical organisms; or (3) Satisfy 3 of the following 5 minor criteria: elevated ESR and CRP; elevated synovial leukocyte count; elevated synovial polymorphonuclear cell percentage; Positive histological analysis of periprosthetic tissue; A single positive culture; 3. Aged 18 to 90 years old man or woman; 4. Patients with periprosthetic fungal infection after hip and knee arthroplasty are required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with superficial infection, non-fungal periprosthetic infection
