18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, within 12 hours; 2. Type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Undergoing emergency PCI; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Active inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases or autoimmune disease; 3. Known malignancy; 4. Current treatment with colchicine or allergic to colchicine; 5. Current treatment with glucocorticoids or other anti-inflammatory agents; 6. Heart function (Killip II, or above Killip II); 7. MI or CABG history; 8. Expected follow-up could not be fulfilled.
