Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First stroke (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage); (2) Comply with relevant guidelines for diagnostic criteria; (3) Confirmation of new lesions by head CT or MRI; (4) The onset time is = 3 days; (5) Aged 18 to 90 years old, male or female; (6) The patient's vital signs are stable; (7) The patient signing or his legal representative signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failures, uncontrollable hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, poor control of diabetes complications; (2) previous cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse history; (3) Those with previous trauma, peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, etc., which cause upper limb dysfunction; (4) Failure to complete functional assessment, compliance may be poor and difficult to follow; (5) pregnant women; (6) Those who have recently participated in other clinical trials; (7) Patients who are receiving various types of rehabilitation guidance and treatment.
