13 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Written informed consent was obtained from all participants; 2) aged 13 to 45 years; 3) All subjects got a score of =12 on the BSI-CV and a score of =24 on the HAMD-24; 4) All subjects met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, IV Edition (DSM-IV) criteria for current unipolar MDD; 5) Having suicidal ideation in the past week; 6) Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) MRI or CT evidence of structural brain abnormalities, a history of neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral trauma, seizure disorder) or significant medical illness; 2) a history of oligophrenia; 3) There was alcohol or substance abuse; 4) Pregnant and lactating women.
