45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 45 to 75 years; (2) patients with systolic blood pressure greater than 140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure greater than 90mmHg, or with normal blood pressure at the time of detection, but with hypertension in the past, shall be controlled by drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women and nursing mothers; (2) alcoholics; (3) mentally abnormal; (4) those who do not drink milk; (5) vegetarians who do not eat any meat; (6) those who have diabetes in the past and have been treated with insulin; (7) serious liver and kidney diseases; (8) cognitive impairment; (9) poor compliance (not able to eat in strict accordance with the requirements).
