Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-60 years old; (2) use insulin four times a day for subcutaneous injection; (3) With the clear mind, normal intelligence and certain understanding ability, the scale can be completed independently by referring to the scoring criteria; (4) the patient has a smartphone, and WeChat will be used; (5) volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe acute and chronic diabetic complications; (2) malignant tumors; (3) past family history of psychosis or psychotic disease; (4) serious cognitive impairment; (5) Gestational diabetes or diabetes pregnancy.
