Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chinese healthy full-term birth, no alcohol, tobacco, hobby, the experiment purpose, main pharmacological effects of drugs and the possibility of adverse drug reactions, rights and interests of the subjects, such as understanding, willing to take the risk and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A motion sickness, liver and kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain patients or application history of analgesic drugs;Within a month before the experiment influence CYP3A enzyme activity of drugs and to eat food affect CYP3A enzyme activity in 24 hours.
