65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. elective major surgery under general anesthesia; 2. aged 60 years and older; 3. ASA I-III; 4. signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency Surgery; 2. Patients are in advanced stage of cardiac, pulmonary, liver or renal disease; 3. Patients have mental illness or cognitive dysfunction before surgery; 4. Patients with severe audio-visual obstacles or communication difficulties; 5. Patients not expected to be able to complete the 1 and 3 month postoperative tests; 6. Patients with severe arrhythmias compromised hemodynamics; 7. There is a clear history of allergic diseases or an allergic reaction to the study of drugs; 8. alcoholic or drug addict.
